Inter archived the last big game of the season with a 3-1 win over Roma and reclaimed first place, pending Sunday's postponement between Lazio and Milan.

Now the Nerazzurri are top with 72 points, one point ahead of the Rossoneri. After half an hour without a good chance, former Mourinho's Roma, celebrated by the home fans with cheers and applause, almost put Mancini ahead, but Dumfries tried to break it. Before the break, Brozovic also doubled with a super goal from the right, early in the second half Lautaro fielded the trio. In the final he shortened Mkhitaryan but it was too late to try to reopen the game. The game starts with both teams deciding to learn from each other without sinking into the punch. The first shot on goal came with a free kick by Dimarco in the 7th minute which however didn't create any big problems for Rui Patricio.

The Portuguese, on the other hand, were pushed back in 18' by a terrific shot from Calhanoglu from outside. The answer, with the first shot of the game for Roma, was from Mkhitaryan with the ball just wide. The Giallorossi also tried to do so in the 29th minute with Mancini finding time for De Vrij to head high over the bar. A minute later the goal that changed the face of the match with Dumfries was launched by remote control by Calhanoglu, who went head-to-head with Rui Patricio without making a mistake and signed the Nerazzurri 1-0.

Roma lost their way while Inter accelerated being pushed by the crowd at the San Siro. At the age of 40' Inter's well-deserved double came with superstar Brozovic: the Croatian, launched by Perisic, entered the penalty area and after a few trickery attempts, came between Mancini and Smalling, striking superbly at the far post for 2- 0. One minute to the end of the first half, Dumfries still came close to scoring with a header at the far post just slightly sideways. Roma started their recovery with a desire to re-open the game, with Pellegrini escaping from De Vrij without being able to properly serve El Shaarawy marked by Dimarco. At 7' came 3-0 which ended the game in training.

Calhanoglu's cross from the right and a lone header for the Argentine who overtook Rui Patricio. The third goal was a blow for the guests with Inter controlling the game without the pleasant discomfort of the 72,000 San Siro fans who sang endlessly for the whole team but also for the beloved former Mourinho,
Inzaghi admitted his second catwalk at Brozovic and at Lautaro with the inclusion of Gagliardini and Sanchez. The final shock of the game arrived in the 85th minute with a 1-3 goal: Shomurodov, who took over in the second half, ran down the left and then crossed first to find Karsdorp's veil and then the conclusion of Mkhitaryan's victory.
